Tyler Farrer serves as Rockwall Area President, where he leads loan and deposit growth and profitability across the Rockwall and Royse City locations. Beyond driving results, Tyler is committed to building meaningful relationships throughout the community and empowering his team to reach their full potential.
With 12 years of experience in commercial banking—including 9 years as a commercial lender—Tyler brings deep expertise and a generalist's perspective to every client relationship. His breadth of lending experience allows him to serve a wide range of businesses and individuals, tailoring solutions to meet each client's unique needs.
Tyler's leadership and dedication have been recognized throughout his career. He received the Community Spirit Award in 2022 and was elected Vice President of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking, Class 69. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business with a Minor in Banking from Sam Houston State University.
Tyler and his wife, Kristie, have been married for eight years and are the proud parents of two boys. Outside of the bank, he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and watching baseball.
