Report Fraud

If you have received a phone call or email that you feel may be fraudulent, please call us directly at 888-572-9881.

Remember:
We are here to help, and your safety comes first. If you’re ever unsure about a call, text, or email claiming to be from your bank, contact us directly at  888-572-9881.
  • Don’t trust caller ID. Scammers can make it look like a call is coming from your bank.
  • Ignore requests to send money or move money. Legitimate banks will never ask you to make a payment to solve a problem.
  • Keep one-time access codes private. Never share these codes, even if someone claims to be from your bank, especially if you did not initiate the call.
  • Avoid clicking on links. Fraudulent links may install malware and give access to fraudsters.
  • If someone is telling you to respond to a text message to close a case or stop a transaction. Stop and call the bank.
  • Be cautious of urgent requests. Scammers often create a false sense of urgency to pressure you into quick decisions. Real bank representatives will not rush you.
