Michael Hawkins
Michael Hawkins serves as Assistant Vice President and Personal Banking Manager, bringing more than 15 years of comprehensive banking experience across multiple areas of the organization. In this role, he leads consumer and business account management, oversees regional service solutions, and supports lending initiatives, ensuring clients receive tailored financial guidance and a seamless banking experience. Michael began his career through Guaranty's Management Trainee program and quickly advanced to Retail Officer before earning promotion to AVP, a progression that reflects his strong leadership and commitment to excellence.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Texarkana, graduating with Academic Distinction. While attending A&M–Texarkana, he demonstrated leadership as President of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society. He is passionate about financial literacy and is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. Michael remains actively involved in his community, serving as a board member for United Fund New Boston and the Dalby Springs Cemetery Association. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, biking, and traveling with family and friends.
