Larry Weisinger joined Guaranty Bank & Trust in 2026 as Lakeway Market President. He brings more than 25 years of banking leadership experience primarily in commercial, residential, farm and ranch real estate. He has delivered strong results in highly competitive markets throughout Texas, with a strong history of building teams, growing market presence, and delivering results in community banking. Prior to joining Guaranty, Larry held senior leadership roles including President & CEO, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Branch Executive and Board Member. Larry is a native Texan raised in the suburbs of Dallas/Ft. Worth; he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1996. Larry is actively involved in a variety of community and professional organizations and attends Lake Hills Church. He and his wife of 34 years, Tracie, live in Lakeway and have two children, Kyndall a graduate of Texas Tech and Bryce a graduate of the University of Arkansas.
