James is a lifelong Dallas resident who grew up in Lakewood and attended Bishop Lynch High School. He earned degrees in Finance and Management, with a minor in Accounting, from the University of Oklahoma in 2017. With a strong background in income property financing, James specializes in acquisition and development financing across multifamily, hospitality, industrial, and retail assets.
