Bill Staley

Bill Staley serves as Senior Vice President, where he specializes in commercial client relationship management, delivering tailored financial solutions that support growth and operational success.

 

With extensive experience in the banking industry, Bill previously served as a Senior Vice President and Branch Executive, bringing proven leadership and strategic insight to his work. His areas of expertise include commercial lending, SBA lending, and treasury management, supported by a Certification in Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association. Bill holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alaska.

 

A dedicated community advocate, Bill is actively involved with Junior Achievement of Central Texas and several local Chambers of Commerce, and he frequently supports nonprofit organizations through volunteer efforts. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Alaska, teaching financial statement analysis. Outside of work, Bill enjoys barbecue, motorcycling, drumming, time-lapse videography, and road trips. He is deeply committed to serving both his clients and his community.
