Barrett Brown serves as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender, specializing in commercial real estate (CRE) financing. He brings deep expertise in underwriting, structuring, and managing CRE loan portfolios, partnering with developers and investors to deliver tailored financing solutions while upholding a disciplined, risk-focused approach to credit.
Barrett began his career in commercial real estate investment sales brokerage, where he developed a strong foundation in underwriting, deal sourcing, and transaction management. He later advanced into a Senior Analyst role in Fort Worth, refining his expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University.
Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Barrett is an active member of Paradox Church. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and traveling.
