What are my daily limits on my debit cards?

  • Your daily limit is $720.00 for ATM withdrawals and $2,500.00 for all other transactions.

I have received a new debit card in the mail, but my current one is not expiring.

  • We work to replace compromised cards as we are notified. We have sent you a notification by mail with a replacement card.

How do I order a new debit card?

  • You can call us at 1(888)572-9881 and request a new card or go to our nearest location to have one printed while you wait. If you choose to get a new card shipped, it will take 3-5 business days.

When will I receive credit from my debit card dispute?

  • You will receive the provisional credit within 10 business days of the dispute filing date.
