The next time we ask for additional authentication in online banking, you will have the following options:
- Security Code via Email
- Security Code via Text Alert
- Security Questions and Answers
You will choose only one of the options to authenticate:
Note: If you haven’t opted in to receive text message from us, you will only see the Security Code via Email and Security Verification Questions options. Instructions for opting into text messages as a security code delivery preference are below:
To opt-in your mobile number for text messages:
From the Welcome menu, choose All Services & Settings
Under Security Settings, choose Security code delivery
Click Enroll to receive text alerts
On the following screen, read the disclosure, check the box and click Continue
A security code will be sent to your mobile phone. Enter the code on the screen below.
You have successfully enrolled to receive text alerts. Click Done.
You will be prompted to select your mobile number as a Security Code Delivery Preference. Select the box and click Done. That’s it! You may now receive your Security Code via a text message to your phone.
