What is electronic-only statement delivery?

Electronic-only statement delivery is a feature that offers account statements and disclosures in an electronic format only rather than in paper format. If you opt-in to this feature, then your statement will be available to you in Internet Banking when it would have normally been mailed to you.

How is the information on my electronic-only statement different from that of my paper statement?

There is no difference between the electronic and paper versions of your statement.

After I opt-in for electronic-only statement delivery, can I change my mind and cancel the service at any time?

Yes. You can always opt-out of electronic-only statement delivery. The opt-out buttons are present on the Search Statement page.

Can I opt-in for some accounts but not all?

Yes. You can opt-in for electronic-only statement delivery for any account of your choice.

How do I opt-out of electronic-only statement delivery?

If you have opted-in for electronic-only statement delivery, you will see On/Off buttons on the view e-Delivery Status page. Change the status to Off on each account or click the "Opt-Out for ALL Accounts" button.

How do I find a particular monthly statement?

From the Home page, click on the Account that you want to view a statement on.  From the Account page, click “Statements & Documents”. From the drop down menu, choose the time period you are looking for and those statements will populate. The Internet Banking system stores up to 24 months of statements.

Can I save the statement on my PC?

Yes. You can download your statement to your PC.

Can I print my statements?

Yes.

Can I still opt-in for electronic-only statement delivery, if I don't enter an email address?

No. You must have a valid email address to opt-in for electronic-only statement delivery. The Email Address field is required and will generate an error message if the page is submitted with the field blank.

Can multiple users have access to an account statement online?

Yes. Joint and business account statements can be viewed by multiple authorized Online Banking users. There is no limit to how many User ID’s can be tied to an electronic statement for a single account. 

Do you have to be enrolled in online banking to receive E-Statements?

Yes. You need to be enrolled in online banking to receive e-statements.
