Please exercise caution with emails from outside sources claiming to provide updates about the virus, as it may be a possible phishing attempt. 

Additionally, if we reach out to you, we will not ask for confidential information such as,

  • Card Number
  • PIN (Personal Identification Number)
  • Online Banking Login
  • Passwords

If you call us we may ask you for the below info to help verify your identity, 

  • Social Security Number
  • Last 4 Digits of your Debit Card Number
  • Online Banking Security Questions
  • Transaction Information

Please be aware of potential fraud schemes and do not share your personal information unless you have called a phone number on the back of your debit card or listed only
