3 Guaranty Bank & Trust does not charge a fee for using any ATM nationwide. Usage Fee may be charged by the institution that owns the ATM.

4 Overdrafts: An overdraft occurs on your account when you do not have enough funds available in your account to cover a transaction. Overdrafts can be created by a check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, or other electronic means. Typically, an overdraft is not permitted on this account type nor is enrollment in the protection programs available for this account type. However, should an overdraft occur, there are fees associated with the payment of overdrafts as well as for any items we may return. These fees are as follows:
  • The bank will charge a fee of $32.00 for all other items paid or returned when drawn against non-sufficient funds.
  • The maximum daily amount of fees the bank will charge you for overdrawing your account is $160.00.
Because the overdraft protection program is not extended to this account type, when an overdraft occurs due to an ATM or one-time debit card transaction on this account, a fee will not be imposed.
Guaranty Bank & Trust also offers other services to you to avoid overdraft fees such as setting up an automatic transfer of funds from another account to the account that needs the funds to prevent the overdraft. There may be other fees associated with that service.
Termination of said account can result if the account remains in overdraft status for a period of 45 consecutive calendar days, and may lead to the account being charged off after 60 consecutive days. Notice of said actions for the debt owed to Bank will be reported to the appropriate credit reporting agencies.
