The following is a list of some of our training programs:
Guaranty University was established in 2010 to give our employees a fun training experience. This experience comes complete with its own university apparel, employee orientation program, and bachelor and master degrees. Professors teach topics like Teller Operations, Relationship Banking, Lending, Deposit Operation, Technology, Leadership Development, Business Development, and much more!
Management Trainee Program
Over fifteen years ago we started a formal Management Trainee Program to further develop top talent. Each trainee goes through an 18 month course that takes them through every department within the bank. Once the course is complete the goal is to have the trainee step into a leadership position within the bank.
Leadership Library Program
This program encourages the development of employees in areas like communication, customer service, time management, team building, motivation, and much more. The training takes the form of books, CDs, CD-ROMs, and tapes that may be checked out by any employee.
Educational Assistance Program
This program offers tuition and textbook assistance to encourage ongoing education and to help our employees become experts in their fields.
Regulatory Compliance Program
Guaranty Bank & Trust has partnered with BAI Learning & Development offer our employees online opportunities to attend training on compliance issues related to their job.
