"Just a note to say thank you for calling me for the free handout from Guaranty. Seriously, when I moved to Mt. Pleasant in 1970 I moved my account from lst National in Paris to lst National in Mt. Pleasant.  It didn't take me long to see how community oriented Guaranty Bank was at that time.  One thing Guaranty did then was to have a kick-off breakfast for all the educators in Mt. Pleasant ISD.  Bill Jones would make a short talk and then commend the teachers for their work. I moved my account from 1st National to Guaranty Bank then. I was thinking of the gesture Friday when Guaranty gave away the goodies. I don’t’ see the other banks in Paris doing anything like that and I am glad to be a Guaranty Bank customer."
